ReplyDeleteI have read your post of the crew list and I believe that each of you has been placed in the most appropriate position based on your passion and capabilities. Now my question is...do you guys know about your own tasks and responsibilities to make your group be the most stunning one in Oddisey 2015?!
Then, please update your blog with the list of JOB DESCRIPTION for each member. What I expected from that list is I can see each member's responsibilities and duties, performance standards, and work relationship within your group (reporting and supervising activities). Therefore you also have to make an organization chart - I believe that you understand the difference between org. structure and org. chart :)
